Teen Outback Board Members
Our Board of Directors is composed of 16 volunteer members who donate their time — not only to our monthly meetings, but also to the youth events that are offered to all area youth each month. Their dedication and enthusiasm drives our mission of providing a safe place for all of our area youth.

Jen is a life-long resident of Huntingburg. She attended Southridge High School and furthered her education at VU Jasper Campus. Jen is active in her St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She is a member of the Ladies Sodality, Christ Renews His Parish, a prayer Catechist, and was a previous religion teacher of over 15 years. She was a former library assistant at Huntingburg Elementary School, for eleven years. She has been driving a school bus, delivering “precious cargo” since 2004. Jen is employed at Schmutzler Agency as an Office Assistant. In her spare time, Jen enjoys walking/biking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Jen enjoys volunteering at the Teen Outback and loves being part of an organization, that she knows is a fun and safe place for the youth to be with friends. Jen has been a board member since 2012.
Ralph has served on the Youth Board since 1997. He lives in rural Huntingburg with his wife, Diane. He graduated from Brescia college. He is a veteran, and served in the Army for two years. Currently, he is retired from a banking career of 45 years. He is a father to three children, who are all teachers.
Mallory lives in Jasper and graduated from Indiana University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and from the University of Southern Indiana with my Master’s in Social Work. Outside of the Teen Outback, she is heavily involved with Mentors for Youth and Young Life. She joined the Teen Outback Board in April 2017 because she loves working with the youth in our area and believes the Teen Outback provides a fun, positive, and safe environment to do so.
Brad is a Huntingburg resident and has been on the board since 2012. He graduated from Southridge High School, then Vincennes University with a degree in Information Technology. He is employed with Kimball International and works in IT. He also serves as a member of the Huntingburg Volunteer Fire Department. Brad has been volunteering at the Teen Outback for 14 years now and enjoys being active in the community and working with the youth while giving them a safe haven to have fun.
